When I originally made these tabs, I thought that I would be able to add entries just like I was able to in the "Home" section. However, this does not seem to be the case, so I will post a little information on those costumes I have currently in progress.
AQUA GEORGETTE GOWN
I started this back in the summer of 2009, when I was pregnant with my son. I have not made any progress on this since then, but I will say that I have the two gown layers cut out and stitched together and I have the embroidery thread for the detail work. Hopefully I will get back to this gown one of these days.
PADME FIRESIDE GOWN
I started this one back in the summer of 2008. This one is approximatey 75% finished, but I am planning on remaking the outer skirt so that it is in a geometrical pattern rather than in a floral pattern Then, all I have left to do are the necklace and brooch, the gauntlets, and the feather caplet. Hopefully I can finish this for Celebration VI...if I get myself back into shape to wear it.
MOTEE SENATE GOWN
I have made more progress on this since my last update in January. I have started sewing together the gown portion of this costume...currently working on finishing up the straps and the hem. Sadly, I will need to adjust the size of the under-shirt to make it bigger (it was always always a little snug, and I haven't lost enough weight yet for it to fit properly). Once this is completed, I will be able to start work on the neck-piece/shawl/whatever that is.
BREHA ORGANA
I did finish this one by CVI. However, there are a few minor details I need to finish: repair brooch (it broke in transit back home); add support to the sleeves; and attempt to add some sparkle to the under-dress.
BAIL ORGANA
This is the Bail Organa costume I have been working on for my husband. Essentially everything is finished...I just need to make a few modifications to the belt and we need to find him some boots.
ATRIS
No progress on this one since Celebration VI; however, the "robes" are done and I have the tabards/obi cut out. I still need to trace the geometric design and transfer it to the material so that I can embroider it. Once time allows, I will get back to this one.
ELIZABETH SWANN PIRATE PRINCESS
I know that this is not a Star Wars costume; however, it is one I started back in 2008 but have made no progress since then. My goal was to have this finished for Dragon*Con that year, but, like with everything else, plans changed. Hopefully I will be able to get back to work on this sometime in the not too distant future, as I really do love this costume.
